Below are some examples of food truck conversions I have carried out over the last 15 years.

Stoned Pizza Truck

This Mercedes minibus has been meticulously converted into a unique food truck specifically designed for selling pizzas. The front end showcases a full bespoke classic design, with all new metal panel work handcrafted to achieve a one-of-a-kind look, seamlessly incorporating modern LED headlights. The side windows have been removed and replaced with a serving hatch, creating a streamlined and functional space for customer service. The entire bus underwent a comprehensive repaint to complete its transformation. Between 2021 and 2023, six of these exceptional buses were produced, each embodying a blend of retro charm and modern efficiency.

Coned Milk Float Ice Cream Van

This classic milk float, originally in a state of disrepair, was meticulously restored and converted in 2022 to serve ice cream. Upon arrival, the float required extensive chassis restoration and significant repair work to its fiberglass cab. Custom front doors were crafted from aluminum, enhancing both durability and aesthetic appeal. The rear of the float was paneled with aluminum sheets, which were designed to open, creating a functional serving area for dispensing ice cream. This comprehensive restoration has breathed new life into the milk float, transforming it into a charming and practical ice cream vendor.

Stoned Pizza Tuk Tuk

This unique articulated tuk-tuk, created in 2020, stands out as a one-of-a-kind sales unit. The original rear box body was removed and replaced with a completely new trailer. The frame of the trailer was constructed from lightweight yet sturdy aluminum, while the outer panels were crafted from molded fiberglass. This combination of materials not only ensures durability but also adds to the vehicle's distinctive and eye-catching appearance. The result is a striking and functional sales unit that captures attention and serves as a versatile platform for a variety of commercial uses.
